1 Introduction

4 Account Eligibility

If we have reason to believe a User is under the minimum required age, we reserve the right to restrict access immediately.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Where a8game facilitates account registration with a referenced Operator, each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, sharing accounts or registering under false personal details constitutes a breach of these Terms and of the referenced Operator's terms of service.

5 Platform Use & Conduct

Users agree to access and use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or malicious purpose;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or connected systems;

6 Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to written guides, structural layouts, visual design elements, logos, icons, headings, tables, game descriptions, sports betting explainers and responsible gambling resources — constitutes the intellectual property of a8game and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy or reproduce content in whole or in part for commercial distribution;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Publish, broadcast or publicly display content without written permission;

7 Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

a8game reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend or terminate any User's access to the Platform for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct;
• Actions that may expose a8game to legal or reputational risk;
• Technical, security or maintenance requirements of the Platform;
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring restriction of access.

Termination of access does not affect any accrued rights or obligations that arose before the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers and limitation of liability — shall survive indefinitely.
